The Brief

Phoenix Refining is a specialist business providing silver refining and buying services. They needed a distinctive website that could explain an unusual service clearly, showcase the refining process and give customers practical tools to understand the potential value of their silver.

What We Delivered

We created a bespoke website with a visual identity inspired by the transformation of precious metals through the refining process. The content and structure explain how Phoenix Refining works, why customers should choose them and the journey from unwanted silver to high-purity refined silver.

A key part of the project was developing two custom calculators from scratch, based entirely on the client’s brief – a Silver Buying Price Calculator and a Silver Refining Calculator. These allow customers to enter details such as weight and purity to receive an indicative valuation directly through the website.
The result is a distinctive website combining specialist content, bespoke design and custom functionality for a particularly interesting and unusual business.
