Blue Sky Mortgages is a newly launched mortgage brand under the Blue Sky Financial Group, delivering independent mortgage advice with a modern, accessible approach. The business is based in Beckenham, serving clients locally and across the UK. As part of the wider Blue Sky Group, the business required a brand-new website that would clearly communicate its services, reflect its professionalism, and meet strict financial regulatory requirements from the outset. The aim was to create a strong digital platform capable of supporting clients across the UK while reinforcing trust and credibility.

Our Approach
We designed and built a modern, interactive website that reflects Blue Sky Mortgages’ professional positioning and customer-focused ethos. The site structure was carefully planned to clearly present mortgage and protection services, supported by custom-designed icons created by our team to visually represent each service area.

To enhance user experience and add real value for visitors, we also developed a suite of built-in tools, including a mortgage calculator, affordability calculator, and stamp duty calculator. Alongside the design and functionality, significant attention was given to content creation. All website copy was written with financial compliance in mind, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to regulatory requirements. This proactive approach meant that following formal compliance review, only minimal changes were required.
